• At the time of making a reservation your credit card details will be required to confirm your booking.
   
• When checking in, credit card details must be provided to cover all charges that may be incurred against your room and any damages caused by misuse or carelessness. If paying by cash a bond may be requested at time of check in.
   
• Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. All effort will be made to re-let the room, but if unable, one nights accommodation will be charged to your credit card.
   
• Please note we have the right to have periods of minimum night stays, and a maximum number of guests in rooms.
   
• Check in time is between the hours of 2pm and 9pm on the day of arrival and check out time is before 10am on the day of departure. Variations outside of these times must  be arranged at time of check in. We are able to store luggage if required.
   
• All our rooms and stairwells are strictly non smoking. Ash trays are provided outside and  around our outdoor seating areas. If  smoke is detected in your room you will be charged the cost of 1 nights accommodation to return it to its non smoking status.
• One car park is provided for each unit. If more are required please check with reception on arrival
