From the moment we checked in Jeff was helpful in suggesting things for us to do and encouraged us to drive to the Otago Peninsula and enjoy the amazing views.Our room was a studio unit and was so clean. The bathroom had a bathtub and had very nice fixtures. We had free wi fi for our stay which was nice. Although it was on a busy street the noise was not a problem. Highly recommend Allan Court!! |
Great location and friendly service. Catered well for a family of 5 - via JasonsThe 2 bedroom apartment was clean and roomy with ample room for a family of five. The hosts were extremely helpful, providing great information on what to see and do, as well as other activities that the children might be interested in.The motel's location was only a short walk to the centre of town, the muesem and Cadbury chocolate factory. Would stay there again. |
Wonderful - via TripAdvisorWe choose the above after reading previous reviews on Trip Advisor - thank you. What a gem, from the moment we stepped into reception we were made to feel "at home". The owners Raeleen and Jeff are very friendly and helpful and go out of the way to tell you how to get around Dunedin and the sites to visit - real ambassadors.Our one bedroom apartment was extra large and furnished very comfortably furnished. A good night sleep was ensured due to the double glazing. One great bonus, washing machines are free of charge, you only pay for the dryers. We found the motel a little too far to walk to the town centre, but it is only a short drive - beware of the one-way streets. We were extremely happy with our stay (2days) and would not hesitate in staying there again. |
Highly recommend - via JasonsWe had a thoroughly excellent stay here in Dunedin, very nice room and bathroom was lovely, best we had on out trip, and the owner was very helpful with local information and advice on sightseeing trips.The motel had a great location, we walked into town for dinner every night in 5 minutes and the free car parking was great. Highly recommend. |
