“Best place to stay in Dunedin”
We always stay here when we visit Dunedin. The rooms are very clean and beautifully furnished, the beds are very comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Very central to town, or if you are there to see someone in hospital, it is just around the corner. Another big plus is that though you are on the main road there is no traffic noise to keep you awake.

“Great place to stay”
We stayed here for 4 nights first week of March. This motel was fully booked every night and we could see why. The hosts are very gracious and friendly and will help you any way they can. The location of this motel is near the university and very close to the heart of town. We found our room and attached efficiency kitchen to be very comfortable and clean. The motel also has laundry facility to use and an enclosed parking area. We would definitely stay here again.

“Impossible to fault”
After a very friendly and informative reception I was shown into my ground floor accommodation. Extremely large lounge/kitchen which was very well fitted out. The separate bedroom was also well appointed and I would have been proud to have that bathroom in my own flat. I stayed here for three nights and it has proved to be one of the best I have stayed in during all my visits to New Zealand. It's perfectly positioned within easy walking distance of the city centre and the railway station but still quiet enough to enjoy a good nights sleep. Thank you to the owners who seem to go out of their way to make their guests feel very welcome. I would never stay anywhere else in Dunedin.
