Tariffs: Seasonal rates and minimum booking periods may apply.
Check-in: Is between 2pm & 9pm on the day of arrival, however should you arrive earlier luggage storage is available.

Check-out: Is before 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and /or late check-out is subject to availability and additional fees may apply.
Bond: A bond may be requested upon check in.
Age Restriction : Any guest under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 20 years or older.

Cancellation/refund policy: Cancellations up to 48 hours before the booked date incur no fee. Thereafter one nights accommodation will be charged.
Group Bookings: We welcome group bookings. Please contact us directly outlining your requirements. Terms and conditions apply with group bookings and will be provided to you on enquiry.
Credit Card guarantees: On line reservations require authorisation of a credit card. No charge will be made against the card details unless the client fails to arrive for the booked accommodation.
Changes in reservation term: Any change in reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to relet the booked accommodation.
Smoking: This is a smoke free complex, please smoke outside away from stairwells, open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of smoke being detected in the room we reserve the right to charge the registered guest for costs incurred in returning the room to its non smoking status and any resulting loss of income.
Car Parking: ONE CAR PARK PER UNIT AVAILABLE. Management must be advised if more than 1 car, at time of check in. Extra vehicles may not be able to be accommodated in carpark. Visitors must not use motel carpark after 5pm.

General: Guests aged 18 years and under, must be accompanied by a responsible adult staying in the same unit. Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. All guests must vacate premises no later than 10pm.The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
If a unit is unable to be relet due to cooking odours or excessive cleaning is required to return the unit to its original standard there will be a charge to the credit card supplied at time of booking.
Overdue Accounts: All accounts are payable on departure. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by due date.
